In the production of high-frequency transformers, we must first consider: width, winding point, wire diameter, the good coordination between these three, can effectively reduce the leakage inductance, in the double-wire parallel winding, three-wire parallel winding, multi-wire parallel When winding, the selection of the casing is also very important. The wire is flat and can be wound around once.

1. During the winding process of high-frequency transformer manufacturers, its "starting point" and "width" are particularly important. When setting these two items, please note: the position of the "starting point" must be near the bobbin. The position of the edge of the line area is 2 mm, not close to the skeleton; the “width” setting is the length of the effective winding area of the actual skeleton minus 3-5 mm, and the subtracted data is what we need when writing the program.

2. When setting the wire diameter, when the wire diameter set by the program must be greater than or equal to the actual wire diameter, when it is equal to the actual wire diameter, it is "closely wound", and when it is greater than the actual wire diameter, it is "evenly distributed" 'According to this idea, we can use it flexibly in production and processing,

3. In the process, when the enameled wire wound in some winding steps cannot be covered in one circle, the ‘starting point’ must be changed to wind the enameled wire in the middle

4. During processing, you must pay attention to the pin position of the transformer at any time to avoid wrong pin position.

5. After processing, the enameled wire on its pins must be treated with a blade to prevent short circuits between the two pins

6. For transformers that require shielded copper skin, the solder joints must be placed above the skeleton.

7. When fixing the magnetic core, the two magnetic cores must be overlapped. It is strictly forbidden to overlap the top and the bottom of the magnetic core.

8. The transformer must be tested before soaking the insulating paint, and the unqualified products must be reworked in time, so that OK products can flow into the next step for dipping treatment

9. When using the vacuum impregnation machine, the operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the operating instructions.

10. When using the oven, the baking temperature must not exceed 110 degrees, and the time must be controlled. All transformers must be dried in the shade before entering the oven. The products are baked at 80℃ for 1H, and then baked at 100℃. Bake for 3 hours. During baking, the adjacent transformers should be separated by a certain distance to prevent adhesion.

11. When the finished product is tested, the test data should be counted
